Shipping/Delivery

All orders ship for free! We don't charge any shipping costs in addition to the price of each product.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order ships.

If the item is not as described, are shipping fees returned to the customer? Is the customer liable for return-shipping fees? Rebel Fire Equine, LLC accepts returns of unused and undamaged products in excahange for store credit within 30 days of original purchase. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. All products that are returned to us must be sent back with their original packaging and labels if applicable. If there has been a mistake on our part and you received the wrong item, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as the correct product.
